Pinon Hills Title is a locally owned title and escrow company serving property owners, buyers, sellers, agents and lenders across the High Desert. We handle the title search, the escrow and the settlement in one office, which means fewer handoffs and fewer reasons for a closing date to slip.

Title work is unglamorous by design. The measure of a good title company is that nothing surprising happens: the liens were found early, the payoff numbers were right, the wire went where it was supposed to go, and the deed recorded when everyone said it would. That is what we optimise for.
