For Professionals

You are lending us your client’s confidence in you

Every file you send carries your name on it. How we handle it becomes part of how your client remembers working with you.

What you can expect

Not promises. The operating rules the file is actually run by.

A named officer, not a queue
You get a person and a direct line. They know your file without pulling it up, and they are the same person on Monday.
Status without asking for it
You should not have to send a “checking in” email. When something moves, changes, or stalls, you hear it from us — with what we are doing about it.
A commitment that was read by a person
Turned quickly, and examined rather than summarised. Requirements come with what it takes to clear them, who has to act, and how long it should take.
Problems in week one
In writing, with a proposed fix. Nothing that could have been raised in the first week gets raised in the last.
Conditions worked daily
Payoff demands, lender conditions, HOA documents, county requirements. Each has an owner and a date. You will not be the one reminding us.
Figures that do not move
The settlement statement is confirmed before signing is scheduled. Your client sees no number at the table they have not already seen.

How we treat your client

We answer their questions directly, so you are not working as a switchboard between your client and us. Every explanation we give them is one you do not have to give twice.

We explain things in plain language, at the length the question deserves, without making anyone feel foolish for asking. A buyer who understands the commitment is a buyer who does not panic at week three.

And we stay in our lane. We do not advise on price, terms or strategy — that is your relationship and your expertise. We handle the title and the escrow, and we send them back to you for everything else.

What to send to open

  • Executed purchase agreement with all addenda
  • Property address and APN if you have it
  • Buyer and seller contacts
  • Lender and loan officer contacts
  • HOA information, if the property is in one
  • Target closing date and any date that cannot move

Partial is fine. Send what you have and we will open the file and chase the rest.

Working with us regularly

Repeat partners get the same officer wherever we can manage it. Consistency compounds — they learn your files, your lenders, the way you like to be updated, and which details you want escalated rather than absorbed.

If something we did made your transaction harder, tell us plainly. We would rather fix a process than keep a complaint.

Start a transaction

Send the contract and we will open the file the same business day, then confirm to every party on it.
