Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to complete your transaction or as permitted by law — with title underwriters, lenders, real estate agents, county recorders, and service providers acting on our behalf, each of whom is expected to protect it.
How we protect it
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards, and we limit access to employees who need the information to do their jobs.
